Authorization I, the undersigned vehicle owner or authorized representative, hereby authorize Boss Automotive & Transmissions and its employees to inspect, diagnose, test, and evaluate the above-listed vehicle. I understand that diagnostic procedures may require the vehicle to be started, moved, and road tested as necessary to properly identify mechanical, electrical, or transmission-related issues. I authorize technicians to operate the vehicle on public roads, shop property, or other appropriate areas as part of the diagnostic and testing process. I acknowledge and understand that diagnostic services may involve partial disassembly, electronic testing, and other procedures necessary to determine the cause of a concern or malfunction. Liability Acknowledgment I certify that the vehicle is properly insured and safe to operate to the best of my knowledge. I agree that Boss Automotive & Transmissions is not responsible for loss or damage to the vehicle or personal items left in the vehicle except in cases of gross negligence. I further understand that diagnostic time and testing may incur charges even if repairs are declined.
